"When I began working with Rebecah she had her work cut out for her. I was a seasoned crash dieter with low self esteem and limited patience and stamina. Worse still, I was a staunch skeptic when it came to the so called "benefits" of a trainer as I had tried one previously and had poor results.
I hadn't lifted so much as a hand weight and I could already tell the difference in her approach when we began our first consultation. She was extremely detailed in her gathering of information about my nutritional history and full of questions about my exercise "likes and dislikes". Taking it the extra mile, she also seemed really interested in the emotional reasons why I wasn't having the results I wanted. It wasn't intrusive at all, it was like talking to an old friend right off the bat. She has that energy about her.
She put me on a controlled but not too strict diet to clean my system almost right away and astonished me by committing to do it with me for the two weeks required. The benefit of this was that when we met to work out she was going through the same nutritional hardships as me and I felt like I had an ally. I loved that she let me complain and even joined in here and there but always turned back to the positive and used it to motivate me and build my stamina. It made me feel like she was normal and not one of those jacked- up- super -woman- made-of- steel trainers that have no compassion for people who just aren't athletically inclined. She is realistic. No BS but not a drill sergeant either.
My workout regime is tailored completely to what I enjoy. We spend a lot of time outdoors as I have requested, and she changes my exercises almost weekly, as boredom is something we identified as an obstacle for me. We set clear goals and I meet absolutely every one.
I dropped two dress sizes and toned my body from my neck to my ankles without ever feeling like I wanted to strangle her (trust me it's happened with prior trainers!! ha ha). The reason is, she made it fun. She keeps my interest and she always makes me fully aware of even the slightest improvement I have made. I have never resented her, she is too kind and caring :)
I sincerely recommend Rebecah's approach to training. She is so wholly committed to your improvement that I can guarantee results on her behalf.

"What can I say about training with Rebecah other than it has been a complete delight.  And while one would never think they would ever say that about the person who kicks their butt twice a week, it’s hard not to with the dedication and spirit that she brings to each session.  When I started training with Rebecah I had very strict goals and dates in mind, and while it was harder than I could have possibly imagined it was going to be, Rebecah made it a joy and great start to a new type of life for me.  Her never ending can do attitude, was exactly what I needed to stay motivated and keep on the goals that we set together. She took the time to get to know me, asking questions about my life and what it was and why it was that I was looking for certain things, without prying or seeming intrusive.  She figured out the type of music that motivated me, the exercises that not only got me in shape but also helped me release the daily stresses in my life.

Training with Rebecah isn’t just about working out; it’s about making healthy decisions part of your life, and finding the things that are going to keep you motivated.  It’s about toning and strengthening, while also revitalizing your body and spirit to get you to the places you want to be.  Since working out with Rebecah I have a new appreciation for life, and just for myself.  I’ve always been a bigger girl, but while I’ve been training with her, I have more energy, more motivation, and I can tell that it’s working.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s hard, and she’s going to kick your butt!!!  But the ways she does it, makes it so hard to hate her, even when you really, really want to.  I’ve dropped at least two pant sizes since seeing her, and I can see the muscles and toning that all the hard work has gotten me.  I recommend anyone who is looking for a positive change in the way they look at themselves to see Rebecah, because believe me, you’ll see the results for yourself!!!
